Xiangshan Gemfan Hobby Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive enterprise, which integrates R&D, design, production and marketing as a whole. 

At present, it has multiple product lines of propeller, gimbal, brushless motor, electric speed controller, bullet, propeller protector and gold top. Gemfan has the R&D and production capacity on propeller with multiple materials. Moreover, Gemfan owns various patented products, which enable it to provide professional products to customers. Gemfan has been recognized by many professional UAV companys at home and abroad and becomes their partner for ODM/OEM. Gemfan propeller are known for its higher balance and efficiency in the field. The factory is located in Xiangshan,Ningbo,Zhejiang. It integrates R&D, design, production and marketing as a whole.Gemfan has a complete and scientific quality management system. The factory area is about 3,000 sqm.

Technology and Application

 Design: We use CATIA and select airfoil profiles with low Reynolds number through the NACA airfoil profile database to conduct software data simulation and sample production. Constant tests and improvements are what we have always been doing. 

Production: With high precision injection molding machines and die manufacturing equipment, we can efficiently and stably produce various kinds of composite products made from all kinds of materials, and we accept customized orders from clients.

Quality Control: Equipped with various test instruments such as propeller effect measuring instrument, dynamic balance measuring instrument, material tester and so on, our lab is able to effectively control product performance and the stability of bulk shipment.
